how do I remove middle row bucket seats from 92 dodge b250

What is your question?

Easy. 4 bolts under each seat right? That's what I thought. Loosened one bolt, doesn't want to come out. Any advice? Are the bolts anchored underneath or something?

Some *PB Blaster* penetrant - liberally sprayed onto the bolts and let soak in for an hour or two will help immensely!
