and as many fuse links as I could find. Checked blower by running a test direct from batt. and its OK. negative wire from blower is intact. Tested the good fuse 30amp,location and got a positive light. But when I test the green wire going to the blower from that fuse I get nothing. any ideas will help.

The green wire comes from the relay. The relay has to engage to give power to the blower. Read what was instructed. Try www.alldatadiy.com and see if you can find a wiring diagram.
so the green wire comes from the fuse box to the relay?
The green comes from the relay to the blower. When the relay engages it connects the power from the fuse to the blower.
I tested green wire from the fuse and I get a positive connection. but still nothing from the green wire that connects to the blower at the blower under the hood. Blower is working when running a separate test.???
The relay has to activate to close and make the connection continue to the blower otherwise the relay is open and will not complete the connection.
Its a new relay. What could be wrong?
I thought I read your Bio once stating you would be the ASE for your shop. What are you certified in. Don't you know how the relay works. The control switch has to send a signal to active and close the relay before you get the B+ to the blower. Or just wire it through a 30amp or bigger switch.
I'm no ASA for any vehicle repair shop. I'm just a handyman trying to save some money and do myself. I can do a bunch of repair stuff but electrical is a science all to itself. I check into the www.alldatadiy but they want to charge me for the wiring diagrams. any other ideas to help.
