Car intermittently will not start. When it does start can drive but when u turn it off and try to restart will not restart.

THIS USUALLY OCCURS AFTER DRIVING FOR 20 MINS OR SO THE CAR THEN NEEDS A COUPLE OF HOURS COOL DOWN PERIOD BEFORE IT WILL START AGAIN, WHEN YOU TRY TO START IT JUST CLICKS - LIGHTS ON THE DASH WORK, HORN, RADIO ETC JUST WON'T START. HAVE INSTALLED A NEW STARTER STILL HAPPENING
