Hello, when the warning light is on, it indicates a recorded problem has occurred in the anti-lock brake system that will require diagnostic testing utilizing a diagnostic tool that has "C" chassis module interface compatibility. Your typical "code reader" may only cover "P" powertrain codes, so code readers in general depending on the quality and level may or may not be helpful. A chassis compatible code reader should also have the ability to monitor data output from components. In this case, with the trouble code in hand, you can continue to test to find out what's going on and resolve the concern. Most likely one ( or could be a couple/all) your abs sensor not working ( hopefully that's easy) the hub besting that the sensor is reading could be faulty also. You'll need a diagnostic to figure which one it is... THE CLICKING NOSE WHEN YOU CHANGE YOUR AC KNOBS.. THE ACTUATOR CLICKS( called a dot actuator cause it controls which way you want air to blow.. it'll click when car is turned off also when it's going bad.. EASY SMALL PART HARD TO REACH BEHIND THE GLOBE BOX
