Hi - Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. Your cooling fan will not kick on due to possible several causes. First, can you confirm the fan works? Is it getting power and ground? Then, the system has to be commanded to turn the fan on - can you confirm with a diagnostic tool that the vehicle is seeing the cooing is needed by temperature and other measurements and strategies? Start with things you know to be factual and get into some diagnostic testing.
