Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! Sounds like you've done your due diligence on this one! If you've already replaced the camshaft position sensor multiple times and still experiencing the same issue, it's possible there's an underlying electrical problem or an issue with the engine's timing. Check the wiring and connectors related to the camshaft position sensor for any damage or corrosion. Additionally, consider having a professional mechanic perform a thorough inspection of the engine's timing components, such as the timing belt or chain, to ensure they're properly aligned and functioning correctly. It's also worth checking for any vacuum leaks or issues with the engine's fuel delivery system. If necessary, consider seeking a second opinion from a different mechanic or automotive specialist.
