What is your question?
The car starts to jerk and the engine RPMs go up and it kind of makes up vroom sounding noise this happens when I try to go over 40 miles per hour and a mechanic told me since the engine light came on that it might be the fuse box on my 2009 Dodge Avenger and this all started when the engine light came on and the people at O'Reilly Auto parts put the code detector on the car and they said it was a DTC 0700 and something else that has to do with not enough air I guess getting to the transmission so that's why it's revving and jerking and I also was on YouTube looking at different videos of what the problem could be and one of the person's said that it could be faulty spark plugs making it jerk and revving like it is. So my question is are any of the things that I said above true about my Dodge Avenger 2009 I checked the gas cap and it seems fine because I was told that could be why the engine light came on? I don't know I'm not a mechanic so could you please help and answer my questions
What makes this problem better or worse?
If I let it rest overnight it's okay that's the better and what makes it worse is that if I try to go over 40 mph it starts jerking on me and the engine kind of rives in the RPM goes way up and like I said the car starts jerking
How long has your 2009 Dodge Avenger had this problem?
Almost 2 weeks
