What is your question?
The car isn’t starting but I think the battery is dead. It ran hot before the battery died

First, I do not know which engine your Avenger is equipped with, so I will have to think generally. P0700 = a diagnostic trouble code other than the P0700 is present for the transmission. P0108 Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) voltage high. Wiring concern, sensor concern. Testing required. P0562 Low Battery Voltage -- does not need looking into, except to make sure you have adequate battery power and electrical power. P1128 Closed Loop Fuel concern -- likely related to the MAP concern P0108. Before you do anything ensure you have a known good battery in the vehicle -- one that can hold a load and sustain a charge. Then, clear codes and drive the car again. If there is a good battery in the vehicle, and the vehicle does not start and run, then basic concerns about fuel controls, air intake controls and spark should be checked and resolved. The codes will not affect basic starting and running of the vehicle. I feel like the transmission code is likely due to low battery voltage. When you resolve the battery concern and clear codes, see if anything like that comes back.
