where is it located b/c i cant find it on the undercarrage of the car

Many newer vehicles have the filter in the tank and that is the case with your Avenger. There's no need to replace it unless there's a problem or you are in the tank for another reason. It may not even be available separately, so if that's the case, don't worry about replacing it.
