bearings bad on alternator

There is now an aftermarket decoupler pulley that is available for the alternator. You have to take the alternator in to have it changed or have a shop do the whole job for you.The new decoupler pulley is $70 to purchase.
Is this where the bearing is? Where can one find this. Alternator shop or? Feb 26 2011
