It is a pain in the ass new fuel filter alternator i just dont know anymore

yes , it is possible but it could need cleaned, u may not have it gapped at the correct gap which is between - (39-44)..as the book says. if that isn't the problem then check the vaccume hoses'....is your check engine light on?
