It turns over but wont start and dash not working

Hello, when you say "it turns over" - are we talking, normally and fast? Or slowly? It sounds like there could be some kind of low battery voltage which provides enough to turn the engine but not enough to power electrical components that are important. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops Check that link for shops near you that can help check your concern out.
