Multiple possibilities - can be scan tested! ... My be a software update available.. Likely a TSB issued ... (Technical Service Bulletin) ... Contact dealer. Good luck!

Be sure there is NOTHING interfering with door closure.. Clean any visible electrical contacts points along door jam - round metal buttons encased in rubber on door and door jam.
