How do you open the map lights to replace the bulbs?

I am workinig on replaing those same bulbs. What you need to do is to stick a small flathead screwdriver between the clear light cover and the dark plastic of the sun glasses holder towards the front. Using the screw driver at the front (windshield end) of the light cover gently pry downward untill the light cover pops down and out of place. Turn the lightbulb counter clockwise and pull it out. the bulb is connected to a gray plastic housing at the base of the bulb. My problem has been finding the replacement bulbs. Auto Zone pulls up a cylinder shapped bulb with metal contacts on either end. I think this is ment for the center and very rear dome lights. If you have found the correct ones please post it. Anyways once you replace the bulbs take insert the clear plastic light cover back in the housing (rear end first) then just snap in the front end by pushing up towards the sky. Hope this helps!

Using a flat bladed tool, gently pry off the lamp lens, remove bulb from lamp. . Install the new bulb to lamp. Press lens into place.
