The AC drain hose may be plugged. It is located on the passenger side of the vehicle in the engine compartment. If there is a drain hose, it will be "L" shaped with the end pinched together. You can carefully remove the hose and clean it by simply soaking in warm water. You also have (2) drain hoses located on either side of the vehicle, under the hood, just below the wipers. These drains frequently get plugged from debris and leaves that fall throught the vent screen. To clear these, carefully remove the hose from the drain nipple, insert your finger or small screwdriver upward into the hose while running water from a garden hose into the cowl screen until water runs out freely. Do not use a high pressure spray or a high volume of water as it will leak into the vehicle. There is also TSB 23-010-04, 2001-2004 )RS) Minivans, to address a simular issue. SYMPTOM/CONDITION: Water may enter the passenger compartment between the HVAC housing and the bulkhead. A foam seal is used to seal the heater housing to the bulkhead. Condensation from the A/C evaporator can run along the evaporator drain tube and enter the passenger compartment if the seal between the HVAC housing and the bulkhead is not sealed properly. This will result in wet passenger compartment carpet when the air conditioning is operating. REPAIR PROCEDURE: Locate the evaporator hose and drain tube opening in bulkhead at the rear of the engine compartment. Apply a bead of RTV sealer, p/n 04467708 or equivalent, to the perimeter of the opening to seal the joint between the bulkhead and the HVAC gasket and the joint between the drain tube and the HVAC gasket.
I found the problem was a MISSING A/C drain hose. The mechanic said that sometimes the hose just deteriorates and falls off or someone previous working in that area knocked it off No big problem just cost $55 for new hose and 1/2 hr laboor
