My tail light covers keep coming off. Does anyone have this same problem?

OK. I'm speaking of the tail light assembly. Its the complete assembly that contains the bulbs. The COMPLETE ASSEMBLY falls off. The two pins that supposedly holds the assembly in place tend to work their way out or shear off, then the assembly falls off. The assembly then bounces against the van which causes the LENS to come off, but since the part with the bulbs is held on by the wiring harness, it does not come off. However, when trying to replace the LENS COVER, of course it CAN'T be replaced since it is ALL ONE ASSEMBLY. Hope that clarifies things.
