What is your question?
With the key in the ignition it will turn in both directions correctly and all the lights come on at the dash as you turn the key to start. But nothing happens. And when the key is turn forward and I put my foot on the brake to shift into gears. The shifter doesn't move, it's lock or stuck. I also took the shift cable a loose from the transmission gear selector and shift it through gears. No problem there. Just wondering if the ignition switch have to unlock the shifter?
What makes this problem better or worse?
All fuses are ok and the relays seems to be ok

Hello, first, if your shift lever is not in the "park" or "neutral" position, the engine will not crank. If you have it in the proper place and it still does not crank, then you have either a sensor issue which is suggesting the vehicle is in a different gear, preventing cranking, or you could have a battery concern, cabling concern, starter concern. Too hard to tell without hands on narrowing down of the concern and troubleshooting. As far as the shift lever not moving, if the switch on the brake pedal is not functioning properly showing your foot is on the brake, it may not allow the shift lever to come out of park. This is a good place to look. However, if your vehicle has little or no electrical power (such as from the battery), this won't work anyway. So start by looking there.
TEST brake light fuse - again... That circuit must be completed before shifter can be moved. Otherwise seek *hands-on* assistance from qualified personnel. Good luck!
Thanks
Hello again, well I got the shifter to unlock. Moving the van and turning the steering wheel back and forward help to unlock it. Now, I'm still unable to start it. I went to the fuse panel under the hood and removed the starter relay. Using a jump wire making connection with 30 and 89 or 87 ( can't remember which w/o looking at it.) But whichever it turn over. So that solved whether I had a starter or a battery issue. From the ignition switch the engine isn't getting nothing.
Hello, my previous suggestions remain. Going right to the fuse panel and "jumping" terminals bypasses every component I suggested should be tested. I don't have the answers, but I have ideas. Sure, you've proven the starter and battery function. Now go back and check the rest of the circuit.
