cooling fans working?

I do not know how to tell. Where are the fans? Could not locate the Estimator section. I am not familiar with the website, but appreciate so much your help, so I know what a mechanic is talking about. Found the Estimator. Also, could it be the thermostat instead?

the fan assembly is behind the radiator.the radiator fan comes on at a certain temp.the condenser fan comes on when the a/c is turned on.and it could be the thermostat also.several things it could be.
