My 1998 Chrysler town and country has an instrument cluster failure.. I need to know where it is located in the van
What makes this problem better or worse?
I used to be able to hit the dashboard and it would start however that doesn't work anymore

The "instrument cluster" is that cluster of instruments behind the glass covering the speedometer and the other gauges - all of which is called the "instrument cluster" ..
