Instrumentation lights and A/C takes time to turn on

Ground circuuts most likely. Hard to find under drivers side dash. Have it checked out,, it's not much you can do with it!

Solder the instrument cluster connection plug. Pull cluster, remove screws to remove circuit board. Remove it on the backside there are a cluster of connector pins. Resolder pins. Look at all other connection on board, look for a slight white corrosion ring around soldered connections, if found resolver these also.
