If I replace the master cylinder, do I need to replace the ABS unit to?

The reservoir filled up will brake fluid and started leaking from under the caps. And the ABS and the brake light lit up. I bled them the lights went out, but after I pumped them 5 or 6 times and held them down the lights came back on again .
