Does my coolant fans suppose to run the entire time my ac is on? Because it’s not. It comes on when it wants too & it only blows cold while driving! While it’s idling it blows warm. I recently heard noise coming from my blower motor so it sounded horrible so I replaced it a few days ago. Replacing it just helped the air blow harder in general

Hello, yes, the fans should remain on anytime the air conditioning system is operating. A condenser fan that isn't working does not allow refrigerant to cool during the cycle of refrigerant moving through the system, and you won't get cold air when this happens
