2.4 would not start. Displayed error message no fuse. Found 15amp fuse blown and replaced. Still no starter sound

What is your question?

When it first happened was able to start car once more. Will not start or go into gear since. Tried to jump car. Never started. On fuse box lists battery/starter w 20 amp fuse but not PCM. That fuse was good. 15amp in line next to was blown have replaced but no change in behavior.
