Won't start ,can't find my Starter Relay 2008 Chrysler Sebring

I have 2008 Chrysler Sebring, recently it stopped running, I turn the key and it wouldn't crank I here a strange clicking sound next to my shifter or inside, the starter i replaced is not getting a charge, i looked online and purchased a starter relay, but now i have no idea where it goes. there isn't a place for it in the fuse box or relay box under the hood, I looked behind the headlights and nothing . not on the inside of the car either, I haven't had a chance to get under the motor, but that's my next step now to jack it up and look underneath .

What makes this problem better or worse?

Won't turn at all, I replace the starter , but its not getting anything
