car won't move when put on Drive

What is your question?

when I put it in gear and release the brake padel the car won't move till I rave it up alittle.When it go everything find but when I put it back from P or R it happen again.The car has 36000 miles, new fluild, new solenoid pack. found no code engine light is off. I work oversea and we don't have chrysler dealer here. Please help if you've there. Thanks.
