Thinking about buying a used Sebring amd noticed while stopped at a red light or in park it idles at 750 rpm. This too high? If so is there a reason a dealer would have it idling at this speed? Thanks in advance

Why would you think this it too high? Most cars if warm idle in that range +/- 50 RPM or so.
My 2010 Sebring convertible idles at 600 to 750 depending on temperature and how warm the car is. It also idles around 750 RPM when the air conditioning is on. 750 RPM is not abnormal. However when I changed a failed oxygen sensor, the idle went down about 100 RPM. If you want to lower the RPM it may be the oxygen sensor. The dealer is not at liberty to change the idle. The idle is set at the factory due to EPA regulations and is not changeable.
