What is your question?
My 2005 Sebring starts fine but once ran for about 15 minutes and up to temp, if you turn off the ignition and then go to start it again.. The instrument panel shows all lights for the transmission gears(limp mode). It will then only drive in 2nd gear. The code is P 0501 and also says Lost Connection with the TCM. How hard is the PCM to replace and where is it located?

If the PCM on you 2005 Chrysler Sebring is telling you is lost communication with the TCM (transmission control module) I would be suspect of a faulty TCM or the communication link between the TCM and the PCM.
