when car gets warm oil light comes on give it gas it goes offonly comes on at idle or stop sign or stop light when car gets below 1000 rpm how do i fix this without taking to a shop

STOP DRIVING THIS CAR. You remove the oil pressure sending unit and install a direct reading mechanical gage. Factory spec is 4 PSI at idle and 25 to 80 PSI at 3000 RPM's. If oil pressure is within specs replace oil sending unit.
