radiator could be clogged from debris. i know i asked about the test for head gasket but in my expierence, the test you did has fooled me many times. the real way of checking is to do a leak down test in the cylinders. a shop can do this for you and is well worth the money. Roy

Also, these engines are tricky to bleed and you MUST use the bleed valve/cap down below the filler cap, or else the system will air pocket and give boil over problems.
