shaking upon acceleration 35-40mph and Code P0445

What is your question?

Have car for two monts and hit a large ditch upon which car started to shake while accelerating at 35-40 then is fine. Service engine light came on about a week after I got the car. Haven't had it checked out yet but what could it be.....some of the larger dollar items. I'm thinking the shaking doesn't have anything to do with te code, or does it? T
