Horn doesn't work.

Your car has two horns one under each head lights. If the fuse and horn relay are OK you should have power (12 Volts) at the dark green/red wire at each horn when the horn switch is depressed, if you have power under these conditions then the horns themselves have failed. Fuse #8 (20 Amp fuse is the horn fuse in the fuse box.
