Fuses burning out are a sign of a short in many cases. More than likely there is a wire with the insulation rubbed through and the copper contacting a metal surface or two wires may be rubbed together. Check the cables at the battery and alternator for starters. Try wiggling or moving the wires while the car is running and see if anything happens. Be careful not to come in contact with any moving parts. A wiring diagram would be helpful if you need to continue tracing back from the fuse location to find the short.
