What is your question?
We have a slow water leak. I've checked hoses and radiator cap and all seem fine. About once/month I need to add about a quart of antifreeze or water.

Well, I would ask you if you are seeing any signs of coolant leaking on the ground? Also has the engine been getting hot? How did you discover that you had to add coolant. (temperature gauge registering hot, signs of coolant on the ground, steam?) We would recommend getting your vehicle into a shop. Best thing to do is start with a coolant pressure test to see if we can find any signs of external coolant leaks.
May have the first signs of head gasket probs. Would recommend have shop add dye to system and look for slow seep leak with blacklight.
