Changed spark plugs, wires, oil, oil filter, crank shaft sensor. Will not start.

96 sebring jxi.78,000 miles. I did basic tune up. No engine light was on so I did not scan it. Not wanting to start. I don't want to throw parts at her. I need advice.

What makes this problem better or worse?

It was hesitant when driving. Figured that it needed tune up
