The fluids out its relatively read somebody said possible solenoid pack should I drop the pan and even mess with it I mean I've got the stuff the old owner gave it to me I don't know let me know what you think

There could be several different causes of a transmission not functioning properly to shift gears. We can do a courtesy preliminary diagnostic on the transmission so that we can better give you a repair time frame and estimate. Please call Taylor in our front office at 301-662-0421 to schedule.
Hello, guessing is never a good idea. Shift solenoids could be a cause of your concern, but usually you would probably also see a warning light of some kind indicating an electrical concern is present. More likely is a concern within the valve body of the transmission, or a concern with internal seals that are not resolvable.
