my turn signals, wipers and headlights dont work

warmed my car up this morning and my wipers would not turn off. After i turned off the car completely and was ready to leave about 5-10 minutes later the wipers and turn signal don't work and the headlights turn on but won't turn off until the car is off

How long has your 2008 Chrysler PT Cruiser had this problem?
