turn signal on right blinks fast, left works fine. Replacing bulbs on right side resulted in no change. High beam bulb on right side does not work either. Changing that bulb did not help.

The TPIM(?) was replace earlier this year, and car runs fine, except for the turn signal and high beam issue on the right side. The left turn signals front and rear work normally. Is there a short in the system on the right side?
