PT Cruiser is pushing radiator fluid out of the Reservoir .

'IF' the radiator cooling fan and thermostat are working properly: *Possibly* - Water pump impeller deterioration > Compression escaping by a failed head gasket during the combustion cycle .. Recommend combustion leak test.
