What is your question?
I drove it to the store, and it ran fine. I came out of the store, started the engine, heard a pop, smoke came out and it all of a sudden sounded rough. I had it towed to the shop, and they said it had thrown a spark plug, which stripped the housing and threads to plug it into. I just had it tuned up last year. What could cause this?

Spark plug may have been torqued in way to hard stripping the threads. Eventually, the plug got blown out with the combustion pressure.
Okay. Is this really a spelling error, or are you saying that someone may have purposely overtorqued the spark plug? Do you mean recently, or because someone resented something? I am asking because I did not notice spelling errors in your other comments and suggestions to others. I have had it. Some of us really don't have to do anything to some of you, to really get screwed at every turn, and hurt. Do we? Some of you will seem to find whatever reasons that you can, and then try to make it seem as if it was just a spelling error, when it really isn't, is it? Some of you really are awful. :/
