What is your question?
Could my heat not work if there is more water than coolant in the radiator
What makes this problem better or worse?
Was getting warm when burping but now cold and I know it's more water than coolant

As long as ambient temperatures remain ABOVE FREEZING - it doesn’t matter if there’s pure water or antifreeze in the cooling system as far as heater output is concerned.. Make sure there is sufficient antifreeze within the system BEFORE COLD WEATHER sets in!!
NOW - ‘IF’ there is NOT ENOUGH *ANTIFREEZE* within the system and ambient temperatures get BELOW FREEZING - the heater output will be insufficient and engine will overheat due to iced coolant. I highly recommend having qualified personnel check this out for you *hands-on*.. It’s too much at stake to risk it - - severe engine damage may result if antifreeze mixture isn’t correct. Good luck!
