car started overheating , and antifreeze boiling out of overflow jug ,let cool down added water drove home changed thermostat and radiator cap, and bleed system it does not overheat will idling fan does come on ,as soon as you drive it starts overheating

Because your overheating concern occurs more during load conditions, it makes me feel like you could have an internal engine cooling system leak. Pressure testing the cooling system, checking the engine oil for signs of moisture, detecting hydrocarbons in the cooling system reservoir would be a good start to the guess of what is wrong.
