Why does the car overheat under a load but not when it just sets at an idle?

What is your question?

When the cruiser is just setting at an idle with air conditioner on the temperature is normal. When you put the engine under a load it starts overheating. We have replaced radiator and cap, fan and thermostat.

Possible partial water pump impeller deterioration - viewing impeller using lab scope in pump hose inlet tube should determine.. You’ll likely need *hands-on* assistance from qualified personnel. Good luck.
