When I put my cruiser in drive the engine revs up but it has a slow start

A generic transmission code, engine voltage and fluid pressures in the transmission is tough. Check you fluid right now. It should red in color and smell okay. Burned toast and dark brown is very bad. GL

Also do ck the fluid level. I did a service on mine and did not add enough fluid, after adding 2 qts more ran well.
