Yeah i didnt think about tht untill yesterday i seen a video and i guy was checking the timing belt so i just took a look an sure enough it wasnt spinning so i bent back part of the cover to see if i could see the belt an puahed on it, its alot of slack which i kno it shouldnt b. So herw comes the challenging part plus im out n the cold no garage.......
Oh Mercy,I just saw that you are in Detroit and the high for today (Thursday) is 24 there and the low is 14(real feel is 3)? Man,it got up to 73 here today and is 57 right now,and i just cut the A/C off bout an hour ago! i am 20 miles from Charlotte,NC.i hate that it's that cold there for your sake..I went there one time back in the 90's to a Chrysler Plant to work on a Machine that the company i used to work for had sold them.I remember it well, cause it was this time of year and COLD! I finished that job quickly and flew SOUTH! good luck with your car...
I thought about that. But is a cover over the crank
if the engine is spinning over real fast(different sound than normal)check the timing belt, might be broke?
