02 ptcruiser pouring engine coolant into my overfill and it comes out the bottom

The overflow drain hole is on the bottom, but where it passes thru is about half way. When you see it running out stop refilling and if it drains out totally then you have a leak, aka crack. There is a bolt 10mm on the left side or the reservior and another nut type on the right upper 10mm also. Just remove it if leaks out and seal it with super glue. FYI is a lil bitch to get that left lower bolt.
