PARK LAMPS STAY ON

What is your question?

My park lamps are staying on(brighter than normal) while lite switch is off,if i turn on turn signal on and off they go off for about 1 sec. and the come back on brighter then a normal park lampwoud be. if you trun light switch on they are normal bright, what coult it be.I've replaced the light switch (turn signal assy. wich have the light and fog lamp switch on it)
