What is your question?
I pulled in my driveway and went to turn the car off and it would not shut off with the key all the way out so I had to pull the fuel pump fuse out in order to kill the car and then the lights ran the battery dead and I tried to put three other ignition in it and It still will not start yet.I have heard from a couple people that I had to replace the whole steering column. Do you know if that's true or not? Also if I have to change my whole steering column out can I still use my same key switch and key or do I have to get the one from the junkyard? Is there any way around having to change the whole steering column?

When they say you have to change out the "steering column" it refers to the electrical components for the key start/ignition portion of it, not the physical steering wheel and column. I have done this, and MOST of the time, you can retain the part that fits your key.
The part I've listed here is a very common problem for this, not a bad job if a little car savvy.. May find vid on YouTube showing install. > Ignition Switch Actuator Pin $ 47.99 /ea $ 43.20 /ea *Part Number: 6201414* Product Line: NAPA Solutions .... Google NAPA part # for pic. Use orignal key after repair! This is not the ignition lock or the electrical switch, it's what TURNS the switch and it's not working anymore!!
