Im pretty sure this has something to do with the transmission with car indicating limp mode. Maybe a solenoid or valve issue, go to autocodes.com for specific info on 0700 code.

PO700 simply indicates that a problem exists within the transaxle assembly or its circuits, further testing is required.. AAMCO Transmissions offers 'free' diagnostics! .. Then you can shop around for repair estimates...if desired.
