Radio keeps turning to an FM station when car is shut off (was on Sirius)

What is your question?

The radio will reset itself to an FM station when the car is shut off. Radio was on Sirius satellite, but always comes back on to the FM station. IS there something that needs to be set to have it retain the station it was on?

What makes this problem better or worse?
