Suspension Issues?

Hello, loss of steering sounds very serious! The movement of all the items you mentioned would be normal if you are moving the tire against the transmission "lock" -- which would be attached to the shift lever. I do not think your lug nuts have anything to do with your loss of steering, though. Have your vehicle checked out professionally to address this safety issue before driving again!
